Shirley and Seipati are friends and colleagues in a progressive textile company. An encounter in the ladies toilets set the cat amongst the pigeons - and the two ladies set out on a roller coaster conversation, each seated in her own toilet cubicle. Their conversation gravitates towards their affection for each other, then eventually leads to a pronouncement of a love affair, but they do not realise that their boss Mrs Khukhula (an elegant and dignified, albeit traditional, woman) is eavesdropping from a third cubicle!

This leads to a confrontation and a fierce argument ensues between her and her workers who she accuses of blasphemy, sinful and ungodly conduct which could harm and tarnish their souls, and her company. Mrs Khukhula is determined to fire Shirley and Seipati who warn her of the dire consequences of taking this route.
