Already a short run of the show - in Vereening towards the end of the 2010 FIFA World Cup - ignited South Africa's sluggish original musical industry with its breathtaking telling of the life, the music, the passions and the pain of Ma-Brrr. The show now moves to Pretoria's State Theatre where it will run from September 3rd to September 26th.

Conceived and directed by renowned and award-winning theatre veteran Jerry Mofokeng and featuring a stellar behind-the-scenes mix of talent (including choreographer Themba Nkabinde, Music Director Victor Masondo and script consultant Bongani Madondo), Ma-Brrr features a live band, energetic MOVING INTO DANCE COMPANY and a storyline that will keep you riveted.

But the real star is Lesego Motsepe as Brenda - the 'Isidingo' actress revealing a new side to her talents in her moving, and incredibly accurate portrayal of the music icon. Ma-Brrr also features the acting talents of

Muzi Clive OF 'CLASS ACT' FAME.
